These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cirko website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by the Cirko project team ("Cirko," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By creating an account, browsing, listing items, interacting with listings, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to buyers, sellers, and visitors.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You may use the Service only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for credential security and activity under your account.

3. Marketplace Role; No Ownership of Listings
Cirko provides a platform where users can discover, save, and transact on second-hand items listed by other users. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Cirko is not the seller, buyer, reseller, broker, auctioneer, or owner of listed items.
4. User Content and Listing Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, submit, or share, including listings, photos, videos, descriptions, and messages. You represent that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate third-party rights.
You grant Cirko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify for display/technical purposes, publish, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Posting false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading listings or communications.
- Listing prohibited, unsafe, stolen, counterfeit, or illegal goods.
- Manipulating reviews, rankings, metrics, or transaction outcomes.
- Bypassing security controls or using unauthorized automated access.
- Harassing, threatening, abusing, or discriminating against users or staff.
6. Purchases, Payments, and Evolving Features
Some features may support offers, purchases, payments, shipping, refunds, fees, promotions, or dispute workflows. Pre-launch features may be limited and may change without notice.
7. Communications and Notifications
You consent to receive service-related communications, including account, security, legal, operational, and transaction notifications using the contact methods you provide.
8. Intellectual Property
